When you receive a sale notification, the customer’s username in the notification will link to their profile. We do not share email addresses with buyers or studio owners. To send someone a site message, simply visit their profile page and use the “Message” button on the right.

To manage your messages, you must be logged into the site. Visit your account messages to view them all, and click on a specific message to reply.

Supporting Customers

We encourage Studio owners to utilize both project comments and site private messages to resolve any issues with customers. Some customers may use the project comments, and others may use private messages. You can view and reply to all of your messages from your account messages. To make sure you don’t miss support requests we recommend turning on these notifications in your email notifications:

  • [✓] Someone mentions you
  • [✓] Someone sends you a message
  • [✓] Someone comments on your project (please note that not all customers will @ mention you)

If you’ve checked these email notifications and you’re still missing support requests from your customers, please let us know.
